One full session covering all three phases of your day. We talk through your vision, your venue, your timeline, and the music that will move through each act.

1-hour rehearsal participation

Regina attends your wedding rehearsal to coordinate ceremony cues and musical transitions with your officiant, planner, and venue.

Ceremony performance

Choose Ceremony Sonata (live acoustic piano) or Ceremony Cantata (live vocals with instrumental backing tracks) for the prelude, processional, signing of the marriage certificate, and recessional.

60-minute cocktail hour

Professionally curated and customized 60-minute live performance for the cocktail hour, shaped around your guests and the room you’re setting.

    Submit your wedding date, venue, and a few details. You’ll hear back with availability and a free quote.

    Plan

    The full planning session. We map every act of the day, choose your music, lock the timeline, and answer every question you have along the way.

    Perform

    Rehearsal first, then the day itself. Regina arrives early, sets up the sound, and delivers a full-day performance you’ll relive every time you hear the songs again.

A few of the questions couples ask first.

How is this different from booking each package separately?
The Signature Wedding Collection is built as one continuous experience. One planning session covers all three acts, the sound system flows from cocktail to reception without changeover, and the music itself is shaped as a single arc rather than three separate sets. A separate sound system for the ceremony may be required, particularly if the ceremony and reception are taking place at different venues.
Multiple venues in one day, is that an issue?
No. The collection is built to move with you. Travel between venues is included within the Ottawa region; longer travel is quoted separately.
Can we request specific songs for the special dances?
Always. Bring your list to the planning session. If you want a song reimagined or arranged specifically for your moment, custom arrangements are available as a Signature Enhancement.
Does the sound system cover everything?
Yes. Regina will provide a professional sound solution that is customized for your venue. If there are multiple venues, separate sound solutions customized to each space may be required. We’ll plan power, placement, and any outdoor weather contingencies during the planning session.
How far in advance should we book?
Most couples book 9 to 14 months ahead, especially for spring and summer dates. Last-minute inquiries are welcome, availability permitting.
